Rank Progress System Completely Broken Xbox

This has happened 3 times in a row and many times in the past after the 4.5.0 update.

As you can see, the progress line said that I had crossed the first tic which means no progress gain or loss, but then I get a -1 towards my progress. This has happened multiple times and even sometimes when the progress line crosses the +1 tic mark it will give me 0 and if it crossed +2 sometimes it will give me only +1.
