in Bug Reporting

In game the chart bar shows me that I need to get +1 but wirtes 0 in the rating and final it says I got -1 xD I literally doing everything. I do more than what I do when I was red rank and I can't even get 0 in rating. How can I get back to red ranks when I am in this situation? I hope they fix that. Also HITBOXES ARE TRASH
