Bug on the Legion/Snow Map - Can't pick up survivor on chair

I downed this survivor on the ground after they jumped the pallet, as I was breaking the pallet they crawled on top of this chair from the ground and I was unable to pick them up. They stayed there until someone came to heal him where he then crawled onto the ground to get up off the ground and run away.
