Charlotte able to camp basement too easily?
Hey all, first time poster here. I was genuinely wondering from the community and/or devs if Charlotte should be able to camp the basement so easily? I know on most maps she isn't able to since the stairs are slanted (I think?) but on Sanctum she was able to release Victor while only being a couple feet away from me. She proceeded to never let me leave the basement even when I got unhooked, except once I got out and she still tunneled me (but that's besides the point lol). Screenshot attached for reference
I guess my question is, is it healthy for the game for Charlotte to able to do this? Other kills can be punished by borrowed time, but while she's controlling Victor she has no TR therefore no BT. It was frustrating as survivor to be downed once by the basement and then be deleted from the game.

Twins are pretty screwed up, they generally have to use scummy tactics in order to perform well unfortunately
