Why do people hate Deathslinger and Pyramid head?

It's interesting that you think it's somehow reliable to force a 50/50 on nurse who's blinks at close distance to pallets are faster the survivor's animation. You might get lucky but in the end it's the same case of killer favored mindgame as is with slinger and PH.
At that point, you can counter deathslinger by making a 50/50 prediction via abusing his slow movement. Each time he has LOS on you and you're about to turn a cornet, you get a chance to force a 50/50. He either has to aim and shoot directly at you running around the corner or fake/shoot next to you if you'd decide sidestep. He doesn't have time for both so he's forced to predict which happens all the time during a match, it isn't a rare ocassion.

I didn't say it was reliable, I just said it's an option if you don't have anything else you can do and you'd be surprised by how often pallets can save you.
I don't see how there is a "prediction" against slinger. If you're going against a good deathslinger, you're not predicting or juking anything since they can pull off insta ADS shots reliably. You have to play super safe and drop pallets.

Well if that option doesn't work, it's even worse then predropping pallets vs slinger. Even so, I'm just comparing that the scenario you presented that supposedly can work even against great nurse has same equivalent vs great slinger.
What you're saying about ADS is true but only if you're out of position vs slinger. If you're hard turning corners, you're forcing slinger into 50/50 if he wants to get you before you get behind cover. Out of position, great nurse gets 100% hit on you the same way great deathslinger does. They're far more similar then you seem to acknowledge in terms of countering them in chase.

Why are pallets an issue against Pyramid Head ? You aren't animation locked at pallets (unless you drop them, ofc) so the moment you're near the pallet while Rites Of Judgement is active multiple mindgames are happening due to the fact the survivor can:
- run briefly into the pallet then quickly run back at Pyramid and dodge left/right if he shoots (this works more often than one would expect). The shockwave won't connect because of the built in delay unless latency. If he cancels M2 you can run back into the pallet and drop it due to his 2nd nerf that makes it impossible to M1 for 1 second after canceling his M2.
or
- run through the pallet without dropping it, wait around the corner with no line of sight for Pyramid Head allowing you to go for the stun when he's about to pass the pallet (works painfully often, too) as he can't insta-M1 anymore after canceling Rites Of Judgement.
Those are multiple mindgames that Pyramid Head has little control over (especially the waiting around the corner for the stun thing since he can't strafe/look around while using his M2).
And if Pyramid expects you to do the stun thing and respects the pallet while holding M2 you can make distance due to the mindgame that took place. You even get a little more distance since his 2nd nerf that slows him to 92% for 1 second after canceling his M2.
Therefore I see the bigger issue at windows where you only have 1 move. You either jump/get animation locked or you don't in which case he can M1 the same way a Demogorgon can.

People that say Nurse is fun have rose tinted specs. Yeah the people picking up Nurse for a daily can be fun but the 5000 russian nurse mains slugging at 5 gens are hands down the worst thing in the entire game. Just that nobody remembers because at this point you only see them every 1 in 1000 games.

I'm glad someone else sees this. The whole "PH has no counterplay" story really needs to die at this point, that nerf really did some damage to him.

I personally despise them because they are the two killers that tunnel the most. At least in my experience.
