Is it possible to get Third Year Party Starters?

Good evening

I am asking this question because I bought Felix today, and on my 9th level bloodweb one of these appeared. And I just now realized that those are not connected to this event. So did my game get bugged? Or are you able to get older event items now. I have upgraded characters multiple levels since this event came out and on neither of those have I found one of these.

    Yes, it's a known bug with the game that they have been appearing on low level bloodwebs, likely related to the lunar new year event coding.
