Why are victims of griefers punished and griefers are allowed to grief?
I have to take a temp ban because I refuse to give griefers (working with killers and communicating with them in order to stop players from actually playing, repeatedly farming them for points and shutting down their ability to even play the game) extra BP so I have to forcibly leave match then eat a disconnect penalty? This griefing has been happening more frequently, the same scenario.
I report the scumbags but it is still happening, and I can't help but assume its either
a) the same clowns doing the harassing
b) nothing is actually done when players report this harassment
So instead of cleaning up this awful behavior, apparently this company would rather allow the players who are targeted by this harassment, they let those victims get penalized. I would love it if this wasn't the case, but from where I'm sitting this is what is going on and is either ignored or encouraged by staff.
Yall love to discriminate people who play this game legitimately and are just trying to have fun?
And you wonder why you're getting such bad PR recently? Guess I need to change my public steam review of this game to negative and avoid at all costs if this is the kind of policy you have towards your player base.

I heavily encourage you to change your steam review to negative. That's a tried and true way to get a fire going under any game studio, the DBD team buckled under the weight of a scathing tweet, imagine if the reviews for their cash cow were mostly negative.

This is the reason why the penalties start low. By the time you've done your report your dc penalty should be done unless you dc'ed a ton before.
Did you sent video evidence too with your report? That's nececary for cases like griefing.

Because the devs won't invest in a match replay thing where they can watch older matches and see the griefers at work. Instead you have to record your own gameplay and then download said gameplay to your phone or other device and email a ticket, the whole reporting a player thing is a joke I've had survivors deliberately show killers my location and working with killers all game. It gets extremely tiring to keep reporting but being told we as players have to do their job for them of keeping track of matches and getting evidence against said Aholes that do that kind of stuff.

Replay is like the best thing dbd can get.
