Need help and seeing if other have similar problem

So for about a week now when I play survivor I don’t earn any points in the unbroken category. Normally it awards points for how long you last in the trial, but after every match even if am the last person alive I don’t get any points, and I lose pips because of that.

Now I know rank shouldn’t matter but since I’m losing a pip every match because of it, I get more and more weaker survivors, I’ve dropped from rank 4 to rank 10 because of it. I havnt touched survivor since until today and the problem is still there, I tweeted at the devs but I’m not sure if that’ll help, does anyone else have this problem?

    It is a universal issue that has been acknowledged by the dev team, a fix is expected to come in the following (4.5.2) patch.
