Hacker taking game hostage

Dear GMs,

I am taking the time to write on the forums after submitting countless tickets and in game reports because apparently your game can be hacked by kids using whatever programs that they do. They live stream their behavior on twitch and I've reported that and their steam account several times.

Now their steam profile is linked to Umbra who is a popular twitch streamer.

The hacker took the game hostage last night causing people to disconnect and making it so that I was banned from match making for 5 mins, now they did the same thing again and froze the game thereby not allowing anything else to happen but to disconnect and now I am banned from match making for 13 minutes.

Can you please do something about the hacks instead of just banning the account since evidently these kids have access to multiple accounts?
