HUD bug - healthy but says injured

Description of the issue: I was healthy, but the HUD indicated I was injured. See below screenshot.
Steps to reproduce (if possible): In this instance, I was freshly unhooked after the fifth generator was completed, so Adrenaline healed me. Perhaps that has something to do with this bug.
How often does this occur: First time for me.
