I play on Steam PC
A survivor escaped out of a bear trap that I put next to a window. The map was Wretched Shop. I put the bear trap next to the window in the main shop building where there is the basement and a breakable wall. When I came back to the trap, the trap could not be picked up or reset, nor could a different trap be placed where it was.
