Please remove DC penalty till lobbies are fixed!

I am so sick of getting banned for nothing I did, but game issues. I get kicked off of a match because of this dead game bug and why I am being punished for it? Since patch 4.5.1 this issue persist, so please remove the bans till you fix this bug.
