They fixed the desync, they didn't fix players with 200 ping, 5fps, freddy's animation, etc.

Breaking news: Survivor upset about being hit
They should just implement a system in the game where the survivor gets to vote on whether the hit counts or not. If the game registers a successful hit the game pauses and the survivor gets a vote, M1 for yes it was fair, M2 for no it was not fair. The game then either allows or disallows the hit and then carries on.

They are fixed.
Before I was getting hit every time I sprint bursted no matter where I was.
Now I sprint burst, they miss, I keep going. Very clear difference.
Any odd hits you get now are just the usual de-sync and not the bugged kind.

you probably just got done by latency. get over it, hits are very very much fixed, I even have a clip as proof

Alternatively they could try server side hit authority and make the server authoritative. Even with validation, it still favors The Killer. I wonder if the servers were authoritative, how would the game feel for the killer.

all im saying is i have almost 3K hours in dbd and i can tell the difference in hits XD, even with good ping 50-60, hits are still screwed compared to how they were before the 4.5.0 patch, its facts, yes they are better but still not fixed 100%

They fixed the most insane hits linked to desync, but they're not exactly keen on fixing the 200 ping issue so you're just gonna have to live with it. One was server issues where the killer looked farther behind then they actually were, one is ping and hitboxes.
