PC - Survivor Power Posing in Front of Locker While In Locker

I am genuinely unsure what caused this, but Steve was in a locker in Sanctum of Wrath's main building basement. His audio was inconsistent about location so he may have been moving around, but at the end he was in the locker.
Steve to me looked like he was in front of the locker, not in it. I decide he must have just finished healing and swing at him, connecting and downing him.
At the same time, he Head Ons me successfully, proving that to him he was in the locker, not power posing like he appeared to be to me.
Have not attempted to recreate or otherwise replicate, and I don't know if it's just this map or not.
