Why is the emblem system still being broken?

It wasn't visual bug as it was stated by the devs in the 4.5.2 hotfix. Im still not getting pips if i don't escape trails, even with 2-3 safe hooks, looping killer and getting gens done. Do you guys pip normally or still feel that something is off?

I will pip normaly every now and then, but I will also not pip every now and then. It's totally random. However my rank is back in purple now from green last week so I think there's improvement, either that or I'm just playing too much.
