Sorry players
I absolutely despise sorry a$$ players who give away your position when they're about to die. How about, don't suck so bad and maybe you'd survive. They should penalize players for such behavior.

Its totally fairgame to out players who are hiding and don't do anything, are planning to get hatch and let you die, or in some other way actively screwing over your team imo

general rule of thumb
"Did they do gen work or a lot of the running earlier?" If yes, okay the earned it, if not, Im doing whatever I can to live, because I know I sure as ######### did gen work while you were immersed as #########
"okay we are in a ######### position and only one of us are going to get out, depending on who he can lock down to kill. Do I save them?"
Did they already try to save me? If yes, yes, if no, no.
Have we already done the back and fourth trading hooks? Do I go save them now anyway? Depends on the mood ig, but at least they earned it at that point.
If this is big enough of an issue that you are posting about it, it sounds like you are cutting and running too early and giving up hoping to just take hatch, you have this coming

I do it unintentionally. I'm running for dear life and end up leading the killer to someone who I didn't know was there. It happened yesterday and a fellow Bush was taken out. I still feel bad about it.

I don't snitch because I think killers will kill us both and I would feel bad anyway unless the teammate was really toxic.

I always contribute. 4/5 matches transpire with me taking part in at least there of the completed gens. I'm a gen rusher. If I know for certain I can help you, I will! But I would never go out of my way to put a teammate in harm, never have, never will.

Only time I've been given away was a bit iffy--I didn't go to save them, but I waved for them to come to me--no way that I was going anywhere in Hawkins while injured and on death hook with a Spirit cruising around.
Nah, buddy. You wanted to not bleed out on the ground, you come to me. I know for a fact that the killer was patrolling, so I was willing to take the risk of them coming with you, but I wasn't about to run out and die like an idiot.
I think it's bad sportsmanship to give someone away, but if that person was a total [BAD WORD] the entire game, I understand. I don't agree, but I understand.
Side note: said killer cussed me out post-match for wasting their time--why not just take the 3k? No reasonable person is going to save someone literally on the other side of the map while on death hook with an iri mori in play. I don't know what they were expecting.
