New Legendary Clown Skin...Sweet Tooth
This is a suggestion and possibly a tall order, but as some of you may know Sony is developing a Twisted Metal TV series. I was a big fan of the series growing up, and this got me thinking about how fitting it would be in this game for Clown to have a legendary skin where he dawns the fires of hell and becomes Sweet Tooth (Needles Kane for those who know). I was looking at some older renders from the TM games, and Clown could absolutely pull this look off. Here's a picture for a better visual of how this could fit together.

Sweet Tooth would be cool, but I am not sure Clown's power would be the best fit for him.

First I've heard of it. That sounds like a absolutely terrible idea. Videogame adaptaions are awful like 99% of the time, plus the last TM game was what, 9 years ago?

Now, that'd be the dream if we got him as a unique stand-alone killer with the laugh and maybe a creepy terror radius (City park theme from TM1??) seeing as killing is all he likes to do.

You can imagine that there is a lot riding on the success of the TV show, especially for fans because this could be what gives the series new life (3rd times the charm, right? haha). If it does relatively well I'm hoping we see not only the new TV show, but new games, figurines, and the likes. Heck, possibly a remaster of some, if not all, the older games? One can dream.

Thinking about it a bit more, if he had to be a Legendary cosmetic, Huntress would be a better fit for Needles than Clown. Twisted Metal is all about damage-dealing projectiles, so it would make sense for Needles to use them too. Rather than using hatchets, he would use his Napalm Cone special from TM1/2/HO, and his "lullaby" would be the Sweet Tooth truck's jingle.

The only real problem with this is that you would need a few different animations, since Huntress carries around a big 2h axe, while Needles either has a knife or a scrap cleaver, depending on the game.

I like the idea and the perspective you're coming from on it integrating that core gameplay of TM (or just car deathmatch in general) into the overall character. There was an alt ending for Sophie Kane in the 2012 game where she became a serial killer like her father and that would be a great legendary. Just purely based on cannon, sex, and cameo appearances for Needles Kane as a standalone character in games like in PASBR (1h sword combat style), Clown, for me, makes the most sense.
