Did they outright say it isn't a licensed chapter or are people basing things just off the teasers?

    There's just not a lot of evidence of it being licensed. That's about it, really. Dataminers supposedly found that you can buy the characters with shards, which is reserved for non licensed stuff, but eh

    They don't really do teasers for characters if its licensed, and anything in the teasers can't really relate to a film or game, so as far as I'm aware this will he an original chapter despite it not being confirmed.

    Additionally in the files its purchasable with shards from what I've heard, licensed chapters can't be bought with shards.

    I just posted a long ass examination of ways to tell if a chapter is licensed or not.

    TLDR; I'm pretty sure it's original because it has a teaser. Licensed chapters just don't get teasers anymore, not since Pig.

    they wouldnt put teasers for licensed killers on fog whisperers accounts, thats very risky and could destroy any chances of getting another license in the future. Also, the fact that there is not a single teaser with any remote reference to anything that could be licensed seals the deal on being Original.
