I've recently started playing a lot of Pyramid and I love him. I'm curious to see what perks other people use on him.

    Corrupt, pop, monitor, sloppy.

    General idea is hook, cage, hook, and murder someone as fast as possible each game.

    Just don’t kill them too fast or you get hit with DS from the first hook as you go to finish them off.

    I play a lot of impossible skill check pyramid head (huntress lullaby, undying, oppression) but that doesnt rly play well to his power. I would suggest maybe ruin/undying cuz his gen pressure is terrible. Then maybe infections fright with im all ears to keep up the snowball and get some snipes

    Anything wth Nurse's Calling, you'd be surprised how often you can hit two or even three survivors through a wall, if they don't run when they hear the heartbeat.

    Monitor, nurses, BBQ and undying. Monitor and nurses go well together and monitor reduces PH's most annoying counter of holding W to an extent. BBQ for info and undying for auras while in loops or free information anytime (and they will probably think it's undying and devour and look for a second totem and waste time, maybe)

    I love builds for PH that heavily punish injuries. I most frequently run

    BBQ + Nurse's + Deathbound + STBFL

    But I also love throwing in either Sloppy, Bloodhound, or Forced Penance.

    Gotta keep em injured to utilize Cages and Final Judgment when you want it.
