Legion needs some love

And I don't mean that they should be OP as before. Feral Frenzy is a power mostly used to slow down the game by getting the survivors to mend and possibly heal too. And it also technically goes against what the gameplay of Dead by Daylight has, looping around pallets, obviously, with no one shot down in Frenzy, as it was before.

Now, let's talk about stuns. Nurse gets stunned while ending her blink, Hillbilly gets stunned after missing his chainsaw, all of that.

Legion has a incredibly long 4 second stun right after ending Feral Frenzy, which can be lower with Cold Dirt and Joey's Mixtape. which only lower it to 3 seconds. And it does not feel nice when you accidentally press M2 and get a 4 second Knock Out effect.

So, what I propose is that:

  • Per every stab, Legion's stun gets longer (Using Frenzy with no stabs has no stun), and make that when Frenzy's power gauge is at least 25%, you can use it as if it was at 100%
  • or
  • Making Frenzy more lethal in chases (Using a token system, You stab a survivor, and another, and another, and another, and when you have 4 stacks, a survivor already stabbed in the same Frenzy, and Legion exits Frenzy with the normal 4 second stun.)

And as a normal QoL change, is that while vaulting, the camera is unlocked, and that Pools of Blood can be seen. (Already Injured survivors don't see Deep Wounds as a major threat, Mending already pauses the timer)

that's not going to happen they have already made all those changes to him and cosmetics it would just be a lot of work flushed down the drain.

Yeah I think this would be a pretty good Idea but I think it would be better to just make his stun a set reduced time like 2 seconds because if they don't stab anyone and have zero stun they can use feral frenzy to get right on top of survivors and down them or use it to get around the map really fast so it would make legion too powerful. The second Idea is a lot better giving the killer a reward for getting all 4 survivors with one frenzy is a good idea.

Rewarding legion for getting many hits with one frenzy is good. But against good survivor this will rarely happen.

The main problem with legion is that survivor can stay injured and play against someone without a chase power. So legion needs something against survivor which play all pallets safe. Otherwise its just a contest of delaying the game with mending vs using all pallets. I think when maps get changed that loops are more mindgameable, Legion would be good.

As someone who consistently play Legion, this: is what makes more sense to me:

    • Per every stab, Legion's stun gets longer (Using Frenzy with no stabs has no stun), and make that when Frenzy's power gauge is at least 25%, you can use it as if it was at 100%

...it’s honestly good. I mean survivors won’t be affected almost at all by this, because who cares if he has no stun after 0 stabs? The worst thing that can happen is a M1, which is probably better for them than a Frenzy hit. The only completely broken bit about this is (and I bet you didn’t consider this) against injured survivors. Like, I’m chasing an injured survivor that has some distance, activate Frenzy to gain ground, get out of Frenzy with no stun because 0 hits, M1 him and downing him. That would be a little bit like old Legion (no matter how better you are than me, you’re going down) and honestly maybe op. Could easily be fixed by a reasonable stun, like 1 sec.

I don’t see the second option being a thing, because Feral Frenzy was never supposed to be lethal or a game changer, it was intended from the start to be a massive slowdown tool.

And your bet was true. I was thinking about more so about the stun duration. I thought that with a 1 second set stun for no stabs, then with already 4 stabs the stun would be 5 seconds. My bad.
