The Clown's Afterpiece Antidote might be made from pustula serum.

We know from the Eternal Blight add-ons and The Blight's power that using pustula serum increases your speed for a short period of time, which is exactly what The Clown's Afterpiece Antidote does. On top of that, the Afterpiece Antidote is colored yellow, just like pustula serum. The Clown could have developed the Afterpiece Antidote within the fog using highly refined pustula serum.

Just because the color is yellow it doesn't mean there is pustula in it and if it was made from pustula it would be in the description but it's not.

Lorewise the serum is meant to be created in a certain way. Only Vigo know the correct way and Blight learned that from Vigo journal. He is the only one who have the journal with the instruction.

Don't think so. Even if the colour was the only link, frankly it isn't as bright as pustula goop usually is. Not to mention that the idea of having to "activate" in oxygen wouldn't fit pustula serum at all.

The Antidote is most likely just a stimulant.
