when a new player comes to dbd give them a huge booster for xp and bloodpoints

Srsly there are a lot of new players who come to dbd and they either get bullied by survivors cause of the ######### matchmaking or new players that play survivor and get destroyed by the killer cause of the ######### matchmaking AND their teammates . Give new players a 2x bloodpoint booster and a 2xp booster so maybe people wont just quit it after the first few hours . New players quiting the game is the reason why the queues are so long (especially for survivor side) cause there are no killers . You can see that people instantly stop playing simply by looking at achievements : ,,it wakes" (raise any character to level 10) was completed by only half of the playerbase , half of the playerbase played this game more than a few hours ... ,,getting the hang of it" (leveling up your rank 1 time ) was completed by only half of the players . I managed to start to get stuff that i need for a few killers after 1 thousand hours wich is completely absurd .

Or better:

For every character you have you are allowed to type the name of the character into the code redeeming bar and get 1mio BPs once. this will allow for 35-40lvls and boost you to a playable state. If you want to use it is then up to you. And if you dont have a character the code will not have an effect.

This should definitely be a thing. New players need it to compete with people who've been playing this game for thousands of hours. Since grinding BP takes forever they need tons of BP just to get started.
