    yet again:
    the only reason you see killers use this perk is for the extra BP. the aura reading is nice too, BUT NOT THE REASON, WHY THIS PERK IS POWERFUL! the 4 seconds are just enough to give the killer an idea of where the next victim is and where its heading.
    just mindgame the killer with that information.
    its not hard.

    Uh, it makes killers camp. You literally see people all the time talking about how they can't leave the hook when they don't see anyone because everyone was forced to the hook to not be seen. It's a dumb perk design, and killer mains inadvertently ######### about its design every time.

    This is some top tier mental gymnastics, in what way does BBQ force all the survivors to go for the unhook at once? And no killer is complaining about hook rushing, because it wins killers games for them, we just think it's stupid behaviour and like farming, shouldn't be encouraged

    He thinks he's discovered some sort of great gotcha when in reality it's both incorrect and incredibly disingenuous, to claim that BBQ forces people to swarm hooks is a bold faced lie.

    Oh some killer mains have complained about it but not for the reasons the op described, it's more about bonus bp and stacks.

    If someone dc's they don't ever get those stacks not that they were going to anyways but they lost the chance to.

    That's why if someone dc's they should be rewarded at least some points for a stack say even half the stacks points post game.
