3 perk bloodweb Bug (Survivor - PC)

I knew this bug existed where you would only get 3 perks showing up on the bloodweb instead of 4. This is on PC and I don't know if it's on other platforms, but it is repeatable. I don't know if this applies to killer as my killers are all maxed already so I can't test it


When you get ALL perks to tier 2 or higher, this causes you to only get 3 perks instead of the 4 perks you are supposed to get to appear on your bloodweb
