For survivors; Are items and addons forbidden ?
I can't use any kind of medkit,flashlight,toolbox even firecracker because killer decides it. I am soloque survivor and killers tunnel and camps me. When i ask then the reason; they just say you are using item so you deserved it. Is this okay ? Why i can't decide killer addons too ?

Use whatever items/add-ons/perks you want, try not to care about what others think.
There’s just people out there who will be an arse for no reason, so just do as you please.

I think some are forbidden and taboo.
In order to minimize that risk i usually tend to take only a medkit and maybe a toolbox if I'm feeling it. But I tend to only use items found in the chest.

Idk why people would tunnel for any of those other than fire crackers cause ######### you if you use those

Camp and tunnel because of an item is plain stupid to me... but I will bring Franklin's if the lobby is full of medkits and toolboxes, because that buys me time do to more in the match. Not really about the item, but the opportunity. Firecrackers are hard to use, I think they're fun. I can't really understand how people hate it haha

That's no different than the people who say I'm gonna punish you and/or abuse you for bringing x perk or mori.
Basically there are crap players on both sides and they'll use whatever lame excuse to be crap.
I don't often bring any item into game (unless I have an item specific tome to do) because you get stuff for free from chests and we all love a lucky dip bag.
Also it feels thematically odd to me that you would be transported to the fog ready to go with medkit/toolbox in hand. I could understand flash light as you could have been taken while inspecting that strange noise outside. Maybe map and key because following that strange map to a location, or that odd key you found in the basement and don't know what its for, could lead you into the fog.
Far more thematic though to search in desperation for what you need. It is survival horror after all.

I play in a dark room at night with my headphones on cranked at max bc I’m basically def. I hate the being flash banged out of nowhere then not being able to hear for the next few matches
