I got into the same lobby as killer twice?

I queue up as killer, and I got paired with a very likely 4-man SWF with 4 toolboxes in lobby. So I dodged it and get back to queue. The next lobby is the same 4-man.
I thought this never happens? Anyone got similar experience?

It depends how many people are playing in your region and whether or not you have crossplay on or off

Yeah i have crossplay enabled, and my queues are all instant. And this never happened before
