I use ruin, blood echo, enduring, and spirit fury on legion.

As long as ruin isn't cleansed you can regress gens enough to get like 3 downs normally until ruin is cleansed and if it stays up long you will most likely win. This is assuming you are pretty good at the game and know how to mindgame and manage survivors correctly.

seems like a decent build, but i dont think enduring and spirit fury are necessary considering he can just vault pallets

his power only injures survivors he is a basic m1 killer when downing survivors.

that means without chase perks you will still struggle, think of wraith but after you get your free hit you never use your power until you down the survivor, obviously that sucks and that is how legion is played.

good point, but i was assuming that the survivor would be healthy

    Legion Thanatophobia, Sloppy Butcher

I usually switch the other two around, so the other two are up to you.

Funnily I main both Myers and Legion.

    My builds for them are;

    Myers: Ruin, Undying, Corrupt, BBQ.

    Legion: Surge, Pop, Tinkerer, BBQ.

The best Legion build arguably right now is: Pop goes the Wiesel, Thrilling Tremors, Surge and Enduring.

Ive 4kd many good Rank 1 SWF teams with this combined with good map knowledge/ sense.

sloppy butcher doesnt work when he's in frenzy so thanatophobia

You could use Thana, Ruin, Undying and Monitor for Legion.

Gens regress while survivor are mending and totems and gens are slower bc of thana. Monitor shows you more survivor when you hit someone in frenzy and you can get easier near injured survivor and down them. But you could still have problems to down survivor who play really safe. So you could switch Monitor with something which helps you with that. But i found nothing better. Instead of Ruin/Undying you can also use Pop/Thrilling.

For Myers i use Corrupt, Pop, Monitor and BBQ/Thrilling.

Corrupt bc good teams can make the early game hard, but you can use stalking speed addons, too.

True, but sometimes your not going to be in frenzy when you get a hit

The Myers build I currently use is Ruin, BBQ, M&A and Nurse's Calling. Might not be very good for playing against high ranks, as I play with fellow babies.

So... I play both of them quite a bit, but I play bizarre builds on both... so buckle up cause these have very necessary explanations.

Legion: Monitor and Abuse, Thanatophobia, Trail of Torment, A Nurse's Calling.

The rationale for this is that basically everyone knows that healing vs Legion is a terrible idea. However... not healing vs a Killer with Thanatophobia and a perk that turns them into budget Ghost Face is also a terrible idea, so they'll usually start healing even though you're Legion. Nurse's Calling is there to catch out that healing. Monitor and Abuse is there to make it so them scattering the instant they hear the TR much less powerful and makes Nurse's longer than my TR.

Myers: Surveillance, Oppression, Sloppy Butcher, A Nurse's Calling.

My Myers build is designed around staying in EW 1 for as long as possible and only tiering up near the end of the game when you need more mobility and power than EW 1 gives. I absolutely love ambushing all the Survivors and this build enables that. Also, a lot of Survivors don't know how to deal with a Killer who is 100% undetectable which is fantastic. Oppression and Sloppy are there as the slowdowns that don't require downs since EW 1 Myers can't really force downs. Surveillance is there to combo nicely with Oppression and for gen ambushes. Nurse's is there for ambushing Survivors mid heal.

I run Enduring, Spirit Fury, PGTW, and Surge on Legion.

For Myers I run Corrupt, PGTW, Oppression, and Bamboozle.

Although I haven't actually done it, it could be trying a build for myers more around harming the obsession. It would catch survivors off guard (especially the obession) and you can run items that increase your obsession stalking.

Mikey main here. My build is general consistent with one perk slot I rotate around. I always have Corrupt, Pop, and BBQ on. For the fourth perk I rotate between infectious for the snowball in tier 3, pwyf which is lethal on Mikey in tier 3, and bamboozle because bamboozle + tier 3 vault speed is insane.

For Myers: PWYF, Whispers, Spies/Bitter Murmur, M&A, both iri add ons >:D

Make sure to farm three PWYF stacks when you find your obsession and don't attack until you hit Tier 3. Once you hit Tier 3, just mini mori everyone. Not an easy build to do well with but it's a blast!

For Legion you can't go wrong with something like Thanatophobia, Discordance, BBQ, PGTW. If you feel you need more help in the chase, swap out two perks for Spirit Fury and Enduring.

Why naked Enduring? If you don't want to use the second perk slot for Spirit Fury I'd probably rather have naked Spirit Fury on Legion. I can see the argument for Thrilling Tremors over BBQ on a purely functional level, but given how similar they are I can't imagine ever giving up double BPs to run Thrilling instead.

This. Also you can't down with frenzy so you will still apply sloppy when you down the targets.

Not unless the survivor goes down to Deep Wounds /s

Although I have seen too many survivors go down to Deep Wounds as Legion and by that I mean it has happened more than once.

  • chargernick85
    chargernick85 Member Posts: 3,171

Lol if the survivors are going down to deep wounds your probably going to win that game no matter what you run. I'm speaking on the average game.

    For myers

pop, infectious, Monitor, and whatever final youd want. Pop for gen defense, monitor to sneak up easier to get t3 going, and in t3 with infectios plus monitor you have a nice big TR and one hit m1s for easy snowballing.

As for a last perk its subjective really. I personally love bamboozle but its really not necessary. Enduring can be fantastic as well. Any chase perk in combo with the other 3 works wonderfully

Legion main and honestly i don't have a single build for them. A lot of perks work well with them.

Legion is a killer that provides easy injures some slowdown and lots of information at the cost of having to down the survivors as a basic m1 killer so you might want to emphasize chase perks but if you're good at the m1 game you can throw just about anything on them and do well

Thana and blood echoes obviously synergize really well with their ability to injure.

Perks that grant undetectable like trail of torment and dark devotion can work reasonable well cause once injured one sneak attack is all you need. Just remember that killer instinct won't work then unless you have the addons that increase it beyond your terror radiys. So you want to have some control over when you get undetectable which makes tinkerer is kinda awkward

Gen delay perks work well on every killer. Ruin double with Legion as a survivor mending is a survivor not working on gens to stop ruin.

As far as tracking perks go you only really need one if any at all seeing how killer instinct gives you a ton of information. Having one is nice cause you still need to find at least one survivor to activate it. Discordance and Deathbound are nice cause they alert you to places where multiple survivors are. Good old BBQ is never a bad choice either

Everyone being injured makes infectious fright very snowball heavy. It's probably one of the stronger perks on legion if you are confident in your chase.

Enduring is also really good cause if you swing through a pallet and hit them while in frenzy you negate the long stun and are right back on their tail. If that happens on a unsafe pallet they are very likely to go down.

Legion gets a lot of flack but honestly a ton of perks work really well with them. All you need is to be pretty good at m1 chasing and you're set

    Pop, Surge, Tinkerer, Bamboozle

I 4k most matches at rank 1 with this.

Bamboozle is your flex spot, it's not necessary. 9/10 matches you won't need it but I'd rather give up that perk slot on most matches for the fewer matches where I run up against an actually strong swf group that knows how to loop and then the perk feels essential.

Pro tip: The bunny onesie is your hidden 5th perk slot. Works as a gen slow down as they're distracted wanting to pet you.

On Michael I use Monitor & Abuse, Bamboozle, BBQ and PGTW. For Legion I’m currently using Ruin, Undying, Thanatophobia and Bamboozle.

For legion you can do thana, dying light, pgtw and trilling tremors with duration addon and legion pin with this build people usually just give up. Or you can use enduring, nurse's, discordance, and corrupt with duration and recharge addons.

For myers corrupt, tinkerer, pgtw and discordance or m&a, infectious fright, ruin and sloppy butcher

Good god I don't blame them for giving up geez I think ill add corrupt or surge in place for thrilling and push some faces in the dirt. Thanks for the build idea.

I play alot of Myers and I like to use jump scare Myers with play with your food, nemesis, sloppy and ruin

Normal Myers build I use the yellow and green add on to get to tier 3 fast and perks I use are bamboozle, Fire up, Corrupt, and a gen regressing perk

I've been playing my Legion matches lately with no perks and no addons lol.

No idea why, I guess cause I had so many red envelopes I was trying to grind them all out without blowing all my addons and figured why use perks either.

I still 4k just not consistently. Legion's pretty dope ngl.

I honestly did pretty well with Legion running their unique perks(Iron Maiden, Discordance, Mad Grit)plus Iron Grasp. Not very meta but it got the job done. Mad Grit came in handy more often than I thought it would with people trying to body block hooks, and either a lot of people forget about Iron Maiden or are just willing to take the risk. Only thing I could really complain about was their poor lethality in that you can't down Survivors during Frenzy, but as long as you could hold line of sight it wasn't hard to work around.

Legion: Surge, devour soap, pop, and thrilling tremors

Myers: thrilling tremors, bamboozle, corrupt, and STBFL

Myers: Corrupt, Sloppy, Surge and Bamboozle

Legion: Ruin, Thanatophobia, Whispers and Surge

These to me feel like the best builds imo.

With Legion I like BBQ, Enduring, Spirit Fury and PGTW. You could replace Spirit Fury with Thana and use the upgraded pin, or replace BBQ with Infectious Fright, Discordance or Tinkerer if you don't need BP.

With Myers I like M&A, Sloppy Butcher, Corrupt Intervention and BBQ, though mostly for bloodpoints so feel free to replace it with whatever tracking perk you wish.

Bamboozle is great on Michael. Especially when he’s in Tier 3 as it shuts down strong loops.

My favorite Myers build is Corrupt/M+A/Fire Up/Bamboozle with stalk rate+duration add ons. You basically fast vault windows at Tier 3.
