Vaulting speed
Why is it everytime i try to quick vault my person stops and slowly climbs over pallet. Yes i am holding the run button and vaulting.

Are you running directly at the window or at a sharp angle? There's actually three different kinds of window vaults. Slow, Medium, and Fast
A slow vault is of course the quiet vault
A medium vault is when you hold the run button and vault a window, but you either weren't running already, or you jumped through the window at a sharp angle (ie running down a hallway and suddenly trying to jump a window). It's slightly faster than a slow vault, but not as fast as a true fast vault
A fast vault (or running vault) is when you've been running a bit already and run directly at a window. You'll know you did a running vault when you jump through and your feet don't touch the window. You just jump and swing your legs over

I know about the window vaults i was meaning more of jumping pallets. Sorry should have been more specific. Thanks for the info tho. It's when im runing straight to a pallet i go to jump and the do like a little stop then slightly creep faster over it then a regular jump.

Ah, oops, my bad, you did say pallet. That definitely sounds like a slow vault. Are you sure you're still holding the run button throughout the entire animation? I know you said you were but you could be letting it go to early and getting the slow animation instead. Hold the button down for the entire animation just to be sure

If you're definitely holding the run button down as you press the vault button, then it's probably an issue with your buttons not working properly. I mean there's always the chance it's a weird one-off bug, but if it's a consistent problem then it's probably not the game.
