The game needs more objectives

I'm sure this topic has come up a lot. In a game of DBD, there's really almost nothing to do except do gens and get chased. You either escape or get hooked. While sometimes this can lead to secondary objectives (like "save that guy from the hook") I think the game would benefit from different types of objectives - and not just team ones.

What if each survivor has a randomly-determined special objective that is not always the same, even among other survivors? In a particular match, two people might spawn with the objective to start the generators and get out, while two others might spawn with a requirement to perform a sacrifice to escape. Each of these reward different points to those that complete them - for example, everyone can use the exit gates if they are powered, but you get less points for not achieving your personal objective.

As an example, imagine if you spawned onto a map with The Sacrifice, To Save a Soul, and To Know Oneself. You must find and free at least one tormented soul, locate at least 2 evidence files, and then perform a sacrifice to leave with the most points. If your teammates open the exit gates, however, you can bounce any time, but you don't get a lot of points for it, and you don't get points for the secondaries either.

Example Objectives:

The Sacrifice (personal) - Survivors must locate sacred items hidden around the map and bring them to a specific ritual location. Once the ritual items have been gathered, they make a sacrifice of blood and sentiment to the Entity, granting them safe passage from this nightmare. Foolishly they hope to be rid of this torment, but in the end aren't they just abandoning their fellow survivors to the Entity's whims?

Unseen, Unheard (personal) - If you wish to pit yourself against the killer's wiles and escape unharmed, you must be careful, quiet, and crafty. Somewhere on the map is a key to your freedom, but if you are found, the key disintegrates and it relocates to a new random location.

To Save a Soul (personal) - There are other people trapped in this trial. They are being tormented by the Entity, and any decent human being would release them from their painful imprisonment. Keys may be found around the map to release them, but the torturous devices will surely not be kind to them in the process. Once released, survivors earn bonus points - but saving someone doesn't bring you any closer to freedom yourself.

To Know Oneself (personal) - Finding more information about the fog, the Entity, the killers, or even the other survivors involved in the Trials might lead to you surviving another day. Locating newspaper articles, case files, recordings, or other paraphernalia gives you points.

The Generators (team) - The exit gates are locked and the generators must be powered up. The survivors must find missing parts and bring them to the generators to repair them, and once a sufficient number have been restarted, the exit gates can be opened by locating the breaker box somewhere on the map. They are noisy, however, and surely will give away their position to the killer hunting them. The gates will also only stay powered for a short time, so make it count.

Rite of Banishment (team) - Artifacts important to each killer are located all across the map. They must be found and brought to a specific location (the Basement, perhaps?) in order to perform the rite. All survivors may participate in the ritual - the more participating the faster it goes. If it is successful, the killer is banished back to the fog, surely to the Entity's great displeasure. The Trial ends, and the survivors are spared - for now.

Anything to make "Hold action button" more interesting would be good in my book, even if it was something like "Search for a key to the lockers in this desk by holding the action button." At least you'd be doing it at different locations, at different times, and so on.

Maybe it'd be as easy as finding parts to the generator, or having to locate the switches for the gates instead of them being literally right next to them.

Also, for the rite thing, I just thought it'd add some variety but it would be hard to balance. Maybe people holding artifacts are visible to the killer, and completing the ritual would take a ludicrous amount of teamwork - like, the killer cannot chase ALL of you at once.
