I know no mither and lucky break don't stop you from dropping blood against the oni but does hemorrhage make them drop more blood orbs/blood orbs faster?

No it doesn't.
Only addons increase the spawnrate of blood orbs

No, Blood Orbs only increase when using the Add Ons. (Sloppy Butcher is still useful tho, because it keeps the Survivors injured for a longer time)
