Killer Perks / Add Ons - not displaying

Playing Survivor

After any match when Ghost Face / Wraith / Micheal Myers are used the survivors can not see what perks or add-ons were used by the killer. All you see is a "red bar" with nothing in any slots.

I have played in multiple matches against these killers

    I have just finished a match against Hillbilly where this happened as well. It seems to happen more often when you die before the match is complete / all other survivors escape or die.
