Here is my take on this:
Hag is the bane of my existence.
Doc, Trapper, Twins, and Slinger aren't unbalanced, in fact they're pretty balanced except Trapper who leans on the weaker end, but they are really, REALLY unpredictable.
Spirit is a hard killer to play against due to her unpredictability. If she runs Stridor you're definitely screwed. Plague is kinda like the Legion except you can't heal yourself at all unless you cleanse, but if you don't cleanse at the right time you're screwed as well. Snare Freddy is a bit annoying IMO, the ability to teleport to gens any time and screw up loops is ridiculous, but he can be fun if he's running fake pallets instead. PH is also unpredictable like Spirit but he does require a good amount of skill and a big enough brain.
Clown, haven't really played against his rework, I didn't find him fun before his rework but he looks a bit fun to play against if he uses his antidotes so he's neutral. Legion is also neutral because they're not a hard killer to loop, but it can be annoying to mend after they hit you. Huntress would be lower but her truck-sized hitboxes are a pain in the bum. Bubba is a challenge to go against, a challenge to loop pallets, good Bubbas are very smart and have my respect. Oni, haven't gone against him that much, but he certainly requires skill. If a Pig plays without tunneling the RBT'd survivor (no offense if you do that) then she can be pretty fun.
Nurse is highly skill-based and there's no denying that. If she were easy she'd be an easy S tier. Ghostface is my favorite killer to go against, which is probably surprising, but I just love playing against him. No clue how to explain why.
Blight, another skill-based killer, fun to play against. Myers is fun to play against. Billy is a skill-based killer, fun to play against. Wraith is fun to play against. Demogorgon is fun to play against. The F tier fellas have nothing to hate about IMO, minus Myers being weak.

I really hope they do give her an indicator. I love Spirit and am ready for the Spirit hate to end.

Freddy and Plague should be at the top if you're basing off solo queue
pretty much a 0% chance of escaping unless you get lucky with hatch

I hate Clown, Legion, Freddy and Leatherface most all. I’m not fond of going up against a good Deathslinger either because they never seem to miss. Same with Huntress to a lesser extent. Next rung down is probably Trapper. The rest I don’t run into as frequently so they’re more of a novelty to me.

I hate Myers just to play as. Anytime the survivor is right in front of me I miss hitting them. I guess I have to be so close to the survivor that we are spooning to even get a hit in. It’s laughable.
