Perk Changes That Did Nothing For You
The idea is that you tell us here about a change that happened to a Perk (NOT a bugfix), but your view of the Perk changed exactly 0%.
Just as an example: Let's say i never cared about Lightborn.
The last change it had was to provide complete immunity now and show you the Aura of the one blinding you for a little bit.
But because i don't care about what it wants to do, which is countering Flashlights, buffing what it does wouldn't make it more appealing to me.
You can also go the other way around: Let's say i like Decisive Strike a lot.
The upcoming nerf is to disable the effect once you start doing one of multiple things.
But because i mostly get picked up, it way more often activates than not, so i'll be keeping it on just as much as before.
You got a Perk like this?
A Perk that went through an intentional change (so again: NO bugfixes), but you feel the exact same way about it like before.

Huntress lullaby, the amount of failed skill checks before and after seem about the same, aswell as the PGTW change.

I don't know about 0% exactly but like 80% of the perk changes they've made we're a waste of time because they didn't go far enough to make the perks actually good enough to consider running.
They were mostly buffed yeah, but the percent buff to each perk is irrelevant if it's still bad enough that no one runs it.

Huntress lullaby. Useless before, useless now. Even going against it I barely notice until the results.

Undying. Hated the idea of the perk before and I still hate it after the change so yeah lmao. That and probably Pop, the time difference did nothing for me, I've never had a situation where an extra 15 seconds would've done something.

Second Wind's timer change really didn't do much for me, it's still as big of a pain to get to activate as it was before. They buffed the wrong part of the perk imo, it should charge when you complete a heal.

did Open Handed even get its buff yet? I thought it was supposed to during the Twins chapter, but I guess not.

Technician. It was a trash tier perk before, it's a trash perk now. (Though useful for absolute beginners.)

Diversion. Shortening the timer did little to fix the problem IMO.

Calm Spirit when they removed the ability to scream, it helped me in one game when I happened to use it but I really don't care enough about the perk or the match in question for it to change my overall opinion

Cruel Limits is literally a hot garbage F tier perk.

Never cared about Decisive Strike.
Still don't.
I've always loved Second Wind.
While the 4.5.0 change was nice it ultimately didn't change enough about the perk in my opinion.

Pgtw. The change from 60 to 45secs is nothing but a simulation of a nerf
