Any ideas on how to improve the Trickster's gameplay?

I think that he's a really cool and unique killer but he has many flaws considering nearly everyone says he weak. I'm not the best at this so I'm asking for you guy's opinion on how to make him stronger, It could be anything.

    Lower the activation requirement by a small amount for his Big Fancy Show Thing ability and allow him to activate it whenever he wants, Oni-style. Maybe also increase the duration a little.

    And do something about the recoil, it just doesn't feel right at the moment. The fact that his shots are randomly placed removes a lot of skill potential.

    Personally, I think that his movement speed should be bumped up, and the spread from his knives should either be lessened, or at least have a bit more cohesion as to where they're going to go, so you can attempt to predict it. It would also be nice if Main Event wasn't on such a hefty time constraint. You have such a short activation window for it, and you lose it all so quickly, it makes it hard to use.

    Basekit ricochet would be very nice and make him more unique to the other ranged killers.

    Other then that either the blades need to do more laceration or the laceration meter needs to decline WAY slower. It honestly shouldn't decline at all while you are running.

    It's a shame their are so many addons based on the decline of the laceration meter cause the ideal buff would probably be to not make it decline at all.

    That would make him a ranged hit and run killer that would tag survivors and be able to leave them to finish them of later. It would add so much more tactic to his power outside of chase survivor and throw untill you damage or waste your time

    Definitely make his main event power activateable on command instead of limited time only, and get rid of that absurd recoil system. Deathslinger's high powered butchered frankenstied spike cannon doesn't have recoil, so neither should nylon throwing knives.

    Make Survivors have to do a "Snapping out of it" type action to remove the blades from themselves instead of it passively happening. Something like 5 seconds + 1 second per blade.

    Remove losing your stacks if you M1 them.

    Make Main Event grant your blades +1 ricochet while it is active. Allow Main Event to be held but you lose 50% of the charge if you are pallet stunned with it fully charged.

    Thoughts?

    Basekit have 1 ricochet, ricochet does 50% damage (I think this is enough to make up his so slow damage compared to Huntress)

    1. An addon remove ricochet, does 150% damage
    2. An addon explode on final impact, explosion does 50% damage
    3. An addon make the blade slightly homing to closed survivor, does 25% damage

    Each addon is unique on its down, but it also unique if combined

    Give him a 2nd ability button to change how he throws blades: either throw them at high speed (minigun), or 5 blade at once at slower speed (shotgun)

    If he is gunna stay 110% his power needs to be more intimidating than it is now. To achieve that i would lower the knives needed to do damage to like 5 knives. Also give him ricochet base kit (no bonus serration) so he can do more at loops and such rather than just break line of sight and power is entirely countered. Let Main Event be activated whenever by the killer after it is charged up. You should be able to end it early to pick up survivors as well. I believe the bad accuracy was put in to deter long range use but it just feels bad to have inaccurate throws so make it accurate but give it some serration damage fall off or something.
