Devs probably wanted to make this killer a bit more fun than skill-based

a lot people have been saying he's weak. And yeah they're not wrong. But I feel after the devs fumble with The Twins last chapter making a two in one killer that could be used to a player's skill and thinking on what to do with one or the other flopped. I think they're moreso just focusing on this chapter just being fun in terms for the killer.

But they also attempted to challenge players and make things a bit more skill-based too with the ricochet add-ons and other add-ons that could have players test the waters and try their skill. But yeah, I don't think the devs were focused on a skill-based killer for this chapter. It was moreso just towards fun, and I don't necessarily mind that since after last chapter I'd be down to just have some plain old fun with a killer. But along with a killer being fun I do hope they tweak him up a bit and fix some things up with him.
