Are Add-ons no longer stacking?

So this is a dumb question, but I honestly just looked closely at it for the first time in a while. Do add-ons for charges eg. Wire Spool, Gel Dressings, ect. Not stack at all anymore? I know there are some that didn't to begin with but I just noticed none of them say "Stacks" anymore.

Only If in the description of the addon says "Doesn't Stack" (Or something similar, i can't remember the exact words), otherwise they still stack
