New Killer Perk Idea

Hey DBD community, I've come up with a concept for a killer perk and would love feedback/constructive criticism on it. Hopefully BHVR will notice and possibly like the idea. The main points of this perk are to reduce chase time with the obsession (the entity spider legs wiggle less), get cheeky hits after well-timed pallet respects while they are slowed down, and remove the obsession from the survivor you are chasing (will pair well with obsession-ignoring perks like Save the Best For Last and Dying Light):
You become obsessed with one survivor.
When the obsession drops a pallet while in a chase but doesn't stun the killer, the obsession will be afflicted by the hindered status effect for a short duration.
When this perk activates, the obsession is immediately transferred to a random different survivor that is still in the trial.
This perk permanently deactivates when there is 1 survivor left in the trial.
The killer can only be obsessed with one survivor at a time.

Actually a good idea. Stacks really well with STBFL

It's not that bad, but this would reward pallet camping wouldn't it? Or even worse, if you don't wanna be an obsession you'll just waste a pallet. Nemesis makes it even scarier, if you drop the pallet and stun, you're the obsession, your aura is revealed and you're oblivious, if you don't stun, you become slowed down.

i wouldnt make it a general killer perk cuz it might be meta. id put it in the next killers teachables (not trickster)

@Snap_Tobiyume I'm thinking maybe the survivor would scream like when they exit a locker with iron maiden and get slowed down by an amount and duration that's comparable to Freddy's snares.

@Zeus Ya this perk idea came about by thinking what would be a good reverse-nemesis perk. Something that would pair well with Save the Best For Last. It's like haha you failed to get the stun, you're not worthy of being my obsession.
@CLAUDETTEINABUSH Ya, it would open up a whole new world of mindgames for the survivors facing it. If I'm the obsession, should I camp the pallet and get the surprise stun to make distance or try to abuse the fact that the killer is likely to respect the pallet and get some more loops in. Pairing with Nemesis though is an interesting thought. That would be pretty chaotic and fun. You'd have to keep swapping them to maximize use and keep getting their effects back to back in a chase (creating even more mindgames). If you're chasing the obsession, you want them to miss the stun and get slowed. Now they're not your obsession and next pallet you can play more aggressive to force the stun and make them oblivious with the aura reveal. Rinse and repeat.

Seems like the general consensus is that this is a well-balanced perk idea. Not too weak, not too strong, could be meta, and has good synergy with some perks/builds/killers. Just needs to add a survivor scream when the effect triggers like with Iron Maiden. Awesome!
