I got perpetually slowed down after being pallet stunned

I was playing as PH and a survivor pallet stunned me while i was charging my power. After that i was slower than a regular survivor for the rest of the match.
The map was Wretched shop and the stun occured on a regular Jungle Gym (the one with 0 windows and a single long wall)
