Not ranking up when I should be

I am a rank 10 survivor who is gaining any progress after a strong game . I am "de-piping" when I have a good game and it should be the other way around. Also... on the post game screen where it shows everybody's ranks and perks, It says I am a rank 11 (See picture included with this message) when on the home page where you select your build and character it says I'm a rank 10. I play on Xbox one and it's been happening all day.
