Disable all DSs after DS gets used twice
DS is an anti-tunneling perk and I'm fairly certain you can't "tunnel" 3 or 4 out of 4 people during a game.
Secondly, DS doesn't really do much unless the person has the looping ability to back up the perk. Actually, if they DS the killer, that's basically telling the killer that they're a safe grab, so they are even more likely to die afterwards.
DS sees offensive uses now and I do get that DS will get changed soon, but even from the proposed changes, there will still be the heroic locker campers at the very least who either have the killer eat a DS or wait 60 seconds by a locker which is basically 1 - 3 gens given up. (Depending on how many people are doing gens in the back.)
A disable after a single use isn't fair since the potato survivor who searched up "BeSt BiLd SrViVor DBD pls" and can't loop to save their life gets downed quickly and might use up the single charge which would be meant for everyone, so this gives a use for someone that actually needs it.
3 or 4 is too much since if you're "tunneling" the majority of the team, you're not really tunneling anyone or they're running around the killer instead of doing gens.
If there's 4 potatoes in a survivor team well too bad, there shouldn't be that many in the first place and they will likely die regardless of DS.
And it would obviously have people diversify their build from the DS, Unbreakable, Adrenaline, Exhaustion and try to play more safe instead of not caring because they have a second chance perk active. I'd say BT does more against tunneling than DS in general.

Also you are mistaken. After the update DS will be used almost exclusively by people who will try to be offensive with DS+UB combo.

I don't think that Ds should turn off after eating 2 but I think that if you eat a Ds any currently activated Ds should turn off. That way you can't be punished for doing well getting alot of hooks in a short period. Honestly though once the new chapter comes out with the New Ds where it turns off as soon as you perform an action to further the progress of the game it really shouldn't be much of an issue anymore. If 3 people want to keep their Ds they won't be able to do gens or heal or anything except be a pest and follow you, which rewards you more than them.

No punish the tunnelers and with the upcomming DS changes yes if you get it to activate at all you ARE tunneling.
Also it is very possible to get hit 4 times, easily. All you need to do is tunnel each survivor off the hook at least once. Of course doing so means you are basically having to finish 16 chases but that's what tunnelers get.
