Can oppression combo with dragons grip and trail of torment to 3 gens or just the one kicked?

It randomly popped into my head just now if you can combo them

You have to actually kick the gen to trigger them, and it only affects the gen kicked, so oppression, surge, ruin, etc don’t work with them

If you want something that goes well with Oppression I recommend Surveillance since it applies to all regressing generators, whether you kicked them or not.
