Killer charms not appearing on hook

in Bug Reporting

As stated in the title none of my charms are appearing on hooks in any matches I play, as well as the new outfits for Kate and Jane keep reverting back to default after every game or before the new match even loads in. Also David kings champion of Olympus shirt is constantly glitching threw his body after any Kind of action last such as crouching or taking a hit, vaulting or unhooking, anything can seem to glitch it out

    My killer charms are not appearing on hooks either. I wonder if others can see them, but just not me.
