Toggle Setting for Unnecessary Visuals??

I saw this suggested by multiple people elsewhere and figured this might be a good place to put it, but i'm curious why there is no toggle option within the settings to dim/remove some of the harsher unnecessary visual effects on some of the killers that would trigger/affect people with neurological (and/or) similar disorders? The doctor for example has alot of flashing lights with the potential to cause seizures, I myself am not a photosensitive epileptic but due to my epilepsy some days my eyes are very sensitive to light and I try to hope it's over as quickly as possible in doctor matches without completely throwing the match. I just think this would be a useful addition to people in the community who like to enjoy the game but have a hard time due to some of the effects, obviously this has been asked for and ignored for a while and I know one of your DEVs handled the colorblind questions VERY poorly back in January, however the topic of accessibility is important to alot of your players and it deserves some actual consideration.
