I mean, crossplay on, i saw a lot of PC - i believe since the consoles are very restrictive about usernames - with a lot a rude words or sexual content in their names. Just why ? Theres no filters about it ? Its kind of childish

They are not insulting anyone tho (usually) and some names are hilarious. Censorship would ruin that.
As a console player I welcome their artistic freedom and it is like a middle finger to Sony. They censor everything but I still can have iridescent c..k as my teammate. And I will take care of them. -.-

Keep in mind that a large portion of this player base are either kids or young adults... and they have zero experience in that area. Sexual references and vulgarity lose their hilarity as we grow up.

Well... technically it is a MATURE rated game, so I suppose the devs feel that since only "mature" people play it, they can deal with a bit of vulgarity. I don't think they factored peoples "mental maturity" into the equation though...

It is a game meant for adults, as a social species, we evolved a lot around the importance of sex(even religions, I mean, why denounce sex publically when they encourage having as many children as financially possible?).
