can't pick up survivor when downed while exiting locker PC 4.5.2

well damn I thought I saved the clip but I didn't apparently.
so well I was in the nurse map and after hitting a injured survivor who was slowly getting out of the locker I couldn't pick them up, nothing showed to pick them up, I had to wait for the other survivor to come heal them before downing them again and then pick them up,
