Spawning In the killers terror radius

THIS IS NOT PTB GAMEPLAY.
So my friends and I were playing against a Doctor in Sanctum of Wrath and as soon as we spawn in still on map title, my friend was saying he could hear the terror radius already and within a few seconds he was static blasted and few seconds after, he was being chased. Which already ruined the game for the rest of us.
