You realize the hatchet hitbox needs to be generous, right? Otherwise, landing shots would be very difficult given the map design.

I actually agree with you on this. She wouldn't be so broken if her hatchet hitboxes weren't huge. I hate going against her at the moment.

Blight does take some skill, I think Noone gives him props because the only ones using him for the most part is adjustable dpi mouse pc cheaters. I hate Blight.

Aside from some problematic addons I'd say Huntress is among the most balanced killers atm. Has a lot of counterplay and rewards skillfull play for both sides.

Huntress is sort of a crutch killer. Get a feel for her hatchets and she's easy to use. She's not OP though. She's really bad at loops and you can tell she's coming from a mile away. She DOES have too many hatchets though. She's should have 3 base hatchets.
I know one shot hatches limit her to 3 but that's how much she should have normally. 5 is too damn much and you SHOULD NOT BE MISSING YOUR SHOTS in the first place.
Change it to 3 and she will be 100% balanced.

The huntress is somewhat ballenced, you can dodge it, bait it, or hide behind pallets, windows or just terrain, anything that a survivor can play aqainst regularly is not a crutch, I d say full speed Victor 5 inches from ur ass when they jump I'd say that's a crutch, or a Bubba close up to ya back, cus they have no penalty to turning, speed Nor visibility and all you can do is hope for a window, and even then if he runs addons you won't make it, sooooooo tldr huntress is not a crutch but Victor and Bubba should be nerferd

I blame a friend of mine who shared a very strange furry image that was cow-related earlier (on facebook of all places, he has his mum on there)

All I can say is: LMAO. You should try playing Huntress sometime. Throw a few of those "Uncounterable" axes, and see just how many survivors juke you into the dirt. Thing is, Huntress actually takes a decent degree of skill to play really well. If you cant dodge those, then you're playing your loops wrong, end of story.

I regularly get beat as huntress. I play her because she's fun sometimes. I've never felt like I was winging refrigerators at people! It's a latency thing. Sometimes misses hit by a margin but sometimes sure hits miss too.

Do you know if you get aim-assist or so on console? That might even things out a bit, but I think that it exists is just a rumor I see floating around sometimes. At least I haven't seen confirmation or credible evidence for it.

I am of two minds on this.
One one hand, folks are kinda taking it off topic with memes and it borders the line of bullying the person....
.......on the other hand OP is straight up insulting and passively aggressively attacking people just for playing a killer and with a nonsense reason behind it at that. (And no intention of actually discussing or hearing anyone's opinion but their own making the thread pointless anyways)

This sounds a lot like salt. Huntress is very easy to counter, high skill curve, and once ya learn to counter her she's the funnest to go against. Its balanced that the lullaby has no direction. It'd be way too easy to avoid here. Not to mention she starts with 1 eh perk and 2 of the worst in the game.

Nah, just bad Survivors not respecting her field of vision and running in straight lines. Takes good players to succeed with the slower killers and time the shots.

A few counterplay tactics-
Don't take windows at jungle. Just play the pallets. If she tries to mindgame the pallet side, then loop around the window side of it, but don't ever actually vault the window.
Any rock filler pallet is a free win for the survivor. Huntress has to W through those. There is a small V-shaped crack between the rock and tree where she can throw. Duck when you're in line with her there.
Stop greeding gens you can't finish if she's going there. She has a massive lullaby. Literally no reason to be caught out of position against this killer. It's not hard to tell where she might be coming from.
L/T walls are not your friend. Pre-position to tank a hit and get to a different tile if you're healthy and stuck there. You'll die at an L/T every time.
At shack, loop the blind side instead of going conventional. Cutting through the inside and giving her a wide open shot at the window or pallet is pointless. You can clearly see her through cracks in the non-window side wall. Mirror her on that side, and then loop around the outside of the other wall. You can either play it to eventually safely drop shack pallet or connect it to an adjacent tile.
Identify her add ons early. It's quite easy to tell if she has wind up/cool down. You'll need to alter your pathing if she has wind up and you can't make 1 for 1 saves if she has cooldown.
I could keep going, but it's laughable to suggest Huntress has no counterplay. Takes some effort.
