Perk Searching System

I'd love a system or a search bar in the perk section where you could look up a perk and find out what characters you have said perk on. This would save a lot of time when I gotta use "Any Means Necessary" or another perk I don't use often, especially since I may have some characters who have it at different levels. Being able to just see who I have the perk the best on, clicking them and jumping into a match for challenges would be great. This'd also be really good for coming up with funny or interesting perk builds.
