Wifi hiccup dc window prompt

I play on ps4 Wi-Fi and on several occasions my Wi-Fi has had moments where the game registers me as having disconnected. But I am still able to view the whole game as if I am not disconnected.

But now I have a window that says I am not able to play without a connection and a prompt to leave. Clearly I am still connected to the client isn't there a way to close the window and continue playing without receiving a needless disconnection penalty and all players to suffer because of Wi-Fi hiccups?
