Post Game ranking up/down not working properly

-After the game is over, the bar is often over the tick that indicates you went even in the match but yet it still deranks you and other times it clearly goes over the market that indicates you ranked up but it doesn't give you a rank up.
-This has happened to me close to 8-10 times already and it's honestly pretty disappointing to just barely get over that rank-up point and get nothing instead.
-Not sure how to reproduce this bug.

It happened to me too, instead of making me go up by +1 in a rank progress, it demoted me by -2. Very irritating.
